The flavor is excellent . Glossy, sweet and mild on the side or in the dish. The right level of salt, and the caramel sweetness comes through, along with a real fermented flavor. It’s been really well cooked and blended. Good partner for sashimi and sushi, it will be a perfect match when mixed with YUMMYTO wasabi.
