All materials we receive from purveyors around China go through a strict auditing process, checking that they’re free of allergens or additives.
All soy sauce products under PRB go through a series of quality tests to verify that they meet our high production standards.
Our team inspects each batch of completed products to ensure they pass our internal standards before entering the market.
Certified by CNAL (China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories) and a member of ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Corporation, the inspection results of the PRB Food Inspection & Research Center are recognized by 44 worldwide organizations of ILAC.
As part of our preparation for export, our products must pass the inspection process of CIQ and meet local food regulations.
Since 1999, our close partnership with PAS, a leading laboratory in Europe, has helped ensure that our products comply with EC and UK regulations.
PAS independently implements a random sampling and analysis of our products, in line with ISO 17025 standards.
Every batch that leaves our warehouse has its distinct production and expiry dates on display on the packaging.
We also use a traceable batch number system to help us monitor the products for quality assurance.
